Presently I reside at Sarthak Terrace. I would like to say that "Gandhi Properties" Builders & Promoters are good & well cultured people.

Secondly, they undertake construction business from the core of their hearts. They practice good quality construction and use standard specifications as well as superior quality material while constructing building fixtures like grills, sliding windows, plumbing, etc. All their products are ISI standard mark.

I' m a resident of Sarthak Terrace since 1993. Approximately 17 years have passed, but not a single fixture or internal part is damaged or broken. I feel that as on today, not only my flat but also the staircases, lobby, lift, entrance lobby are all in good shape and appear brand new. Their appearance, design and color combination are really fantastic, and moreover, their quality is high. I haven't seen such a fine building anywhere in Pune and around Pune.
